Pati ba naman to ilalagay ko pa dito, eh noh? Anyway, I just saw this article on Yahoo, declaring the new Miss Universe 2008. The pageant was held at Vietnam. This is the headline:

Miss Venezuela is Miss Universe 2008
"Miss Venezuela was crowned Miss Universe 2008 on Monday in a contest marked by the spectacle of Miss USA falling down during the evening gown competition for the second year in a row."
